Łukasz Wodzyński is an Assistant Professor of Polish at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He received his Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of Toronto. He taught Polish and Russian languages, literatures, and cultures at the University of Toronto, University of British Columbia, and McMaster University. Former Acting Director of Polish Language and Literature Program at the University of Toronto. His research interests revolve around modernist and contemporary Polish and Russian literatures, postcommunism, the romance mode, and representations of adventure experiences in modern fiction.
